Job Description

Snips is looking for a Senior Enterprise Marketing Manager to join our team in Paris.

You will be working with both our Sales and Marketing team, helping them define a strategy for Enterprise sales and generate high quality leads.

Your responsabilities will include:

  • Driving Snips product/solutions marketing strategy, managing and coordinating product and solutions launches (externally and internally)
  • Building out a high quality inbound marketing plan and funnel
  • Sales enablement: producing enterprise sales kits, product/solutions sheets, preparing pitch presentations and other sales materials
  • Competitor and market monitoring and analysis
  • Tracking and analysis of our marketing performance
  • Developing ideas for high performing content
  • Handling and organizing trade shows
  • Onboarding regional marketing managers

As a key stakeholder of enterprise marketing, you will cooperate with different teams inside the organization:

  • Growing marketing team, including head of content, senior events manager, web marketing manager and more
  • Sales team
  • Product engineering and solutions teams

Preferred Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, digital marketing, leads generation
  • Bilingual French / English
  • Strong analytical skills: understand and use web metrics, evaluate performance, and adapt plans and strategies accordingly
  • Ability to build marketing infrastructure and processes that scale
  • Ability to organize, plan, prioritize, and meet deadlines
  • High attention to detail
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills
  • Flexibility, ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to plan and successfully deliver complex projects
  • Ability to influence multiple stakeholders inside the company and lead cross-company projects involving other teams and senior management
  • Experience with CRM and marketing automation
  • Experience with Hubspot, Mailchimp, Google Analytics, Keynote, social media and social selling, WordPress, etc.
  • Open and positive attitude towards change
