Created in 2013, the vision behind Snips has been to put an AI assistant in every device, making technology so intuitive that it disappears into the background. They are now over 70 people, with offices in Paris, Tokyo, and New York.

What makes Snips unique is that everything runs locally on the device the user is speaking to, meaning no data ever gets sent to the cloud. This guarantees Privacy by Design and resilience to internet outages, making Snips the first ever voice technology to be GDPR compliant.

The Snips web platform was launched in June of 2017, and has grown 400% since then to over 23,000 developers creating voice apps

Job Description

Snips is looking for an HR Manager!

Come join our Corporate team in Paris to help with our current growth.

You will be working together with the HR & Finance VP and the Office Manager and interact with everyone in the team given your crucial role in the organization.

Key missions will be to:

  • Improve our HR processes and keep Snipsters happy during our growth
  • Manage Training
  • Help managers recruit the best talents possible (and hire a TA)
  • Handle all personnel administration (visas, work contracts, onboarding, change of situation, physicals, etc)
  • Coordinate our numerous perks (sports, daycare, language classes, etc...)

Good to know:
English is the official language of the company, as we have over 20 different nationalities, but most of us aren't native speakers, so don't worry if you're not fluent yet.

Preferred Experience

Ideal candidate should have:

  • Good understanding of french regulations and labor law
  • Some experience in recruitment
  • Strong interest in working in a startup/scaleup environment
  • Strong writing skills in French and English
  • A cheerful personality and patience are musts in our team!

Bonus: creativity in implementing cool HR features in a deep-tech environment.
