Snips is an AI-powered voice platform for connected devices. It enables makers and companies to add voice recognition and understanding to their products or services.

Created in 2013, the vision behind Snips has been to put an AI assistant in every device, making technology so intuitive that it disappears into the background. We are now over 55 people, with offices in Paris and New York.

What makes Snips unique is that everything runs locally on the device the user is speaking to, meaning no data ever gets sent to the cloud. This guarantees Privacy by Design and resilience to internet outages, making Snips the first ever voice technology to be GDPR compliant.

Our web platform was launched in June last year, and already has more than 10,000 developers who created over 20,000 assistants.

What you will do

The Support Lead is dedicated to helping the Snips Maker community in addition to our Enterprise customers. As the first point of contact for the Snips user base, you'll respond to onboarding questions, helping to grow the community, and collect feedback from users. Support is a fundamental piece of satisfying our users and helping to improve their experience. This cross functional role will work across the organization to ensure our users are happy and get the most out of our product. This is a new role within the Snips team with the potential to change the way we interact and engage with our users.

Your key missions will be to:

  • Provide a high level of customer service, management and assistance to the Snips community (Discord, Twitter, Forum, Email …).
  • Provide technical troubleshooting and problem solving to Makers and developers on our platform
  • Help Snips’ tech team address technical issues/bugs raised by Snips community.
  • Remain current on all Blueprint products, services and new technologies, using available resources throughout the company
  • Work with Snips developers, marketing and product teams to develop external/ internal documentation. You'll also help with content to ensure high product/feature usage and adoption
  • Build a support team within Snips and help grow the Snips support community

What we are looking for

Key requirements:

  • Languages: French and English fluency, other languages a plus
  • Coding skills (good knowledge of Python is mandatory, other languages a plus)
  • Knowledge of home automation platforms
  • Good storytelling and social skills
  • Excellent copywriter (both English and French)
  • Previous experience in management role
